Sébastien Weber
After working for almost 15 years in the automotive sector, more specifically in the spare parts after-sales service, and having managed various departments such as logistics, sales, purchasing and administration, he was asked to take charge of apprentice training and personnel management.
The approach to human relations in a company then particularly motivated him, and he wanted to redirect his career in this field by completing the Personnel Management Assistant training course in 2015, successfully finalised in 2017.
Strengthened by this academic training, he was given the opportunity in 2018 to join Humanys Solutions.
Highly solutions-oriented, he is an effective operational partner in all project and resource planning, and oversees the administrative management of Humanys’ various HR activities. This approach is at the heart of his motivation within the team.
