His career has led him to establish and develop procurement organizations for both SMEs and multinational companies, creating innovative sourcing strategies and fostering strong relationships with suppliers worldwide. He has managed global procurement portfolios exceeding $500 million, negotiated with multicultural suppliers, and led international teams in complex and demanding contexts.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience in the industry, he has spearheaded major initiatives, including the harmonization of supply chains during mergers and acquisitions, the implementation of ESG programs aligned with sustainability goals, and the development of innovative processes. Among his achievements, he has also overseen the commissioning of several production sites in the UK, China, and Japan, enhancing these facilities’ operational capacity while ensuring efficiency and compliance with international standards.
