As a former recruitment professional (headhunter) in recruitment agencies in French-speaking Switzerland, he has sought and found numerous candidates for all types of companies across various industries. As a partner to business leaders and HR specialists, he managed the entire recruitment process, from defining needs and developing search strategies (sourcing/direct approach) to identifying talent, conducting interviews, and supporting the integration process. In doing so, he built a wide network of contacts.
In recent years, he has expanded his skill set by supporting individuals in their professional transitions (outplacement) and repositioning, helping them clarify their projects, conduct skills assessments, and ultimately develop their employability. In his career development and change management consulting practice, he has also led workshops on job search techniques, CV and cover letter writing, LinkedIn, networking, and interview preparation.
Today, as a coach, with empathy, authenticity, pragmatism, and without judgment, he provides personalized support, guidance, and advice to his coachees in their job search. His role: to create a strong foundation of trust through stimulating communication, ask the right questions, listen to and understand both the spoken and unspoken responses of the coachee, recognize their potential, help them become aware of the skills that could be useful to them, support their reflection on the best way forward, but always guiding them to find their own solutions, thus enabling them to evolve autonomously.
